慧者法師：柔軟內心說對不起

說“對不起”的背后
面對這一個多元價值、族群、文化的世界，唯有真正地放下自己，並學習謙卑地傾聽、瞭解他人，因為沒有人是百分百完美，只要每個人願意就本身所犯的錯誤誠意道歉，並汲取教訓不再重犯，讓世界少一點紛爭，充分運用認識與包容，才能化解衝突與對立。
隨著楊偉光后援行動，激起了國內20個非政府組織帶動“說對不起日”的活動，在9月5日這一天說一句“對不起”，讓人與人之間的關係變得更美好，為今后的人類文明乃至整個生態世界融合出更光明清淨的一條路，帶來真正的和喜、和諧與和平……
1. ◎“對不起”是一個非常簡單的詞彙，但是人們往往要把“對不起”說出口，卻需要很大的勇氣，請師父開示：人們說 “對不起”這句話，需要什么條件嗎？
說一句“對不起”，要看個人的涵養，發覺自己做錯事，就要承認自己的錯誤，以至真至誠的心求懺悔，從此不要重覆犯錯。就好比在僧團，我們每個月的初一、十五念誦戒經后，在戒壇，面各比丘們彼此互相懺悔，懺悔過去所做的錯事，希望對方原諒。而每一次做完懺悔后，我們的心會感到很寧靜，很安祥，所以，懺悔是非常重要的。
佛陀教導我們要時時反省自己的所作所為，往內觀照，向別人說“對不起”時，內心要調伏，要學習謙虛。現代人的“我慢”心很強，要多聽聞佛法，透過多次禪修，很自然地發覺自己的我執，逐漸將“我慢”心調平，將自己的心柔軟起來，這樣心甘情願說出“對不起”的力量是很大的。
在自我觀照的同時，身邊也要有好朋友提醒，在佛陀講解的《吉祥經》，第一個吉祥即是：遠離愚癡人，親近善知識。例如我在印度念大學時，一位泰國同學得罪了當地的左鄰右舍，那些鄰居找我談，紛紛表示對我的泰國同學很不滿，正想出手打他。我趕快提醒泰國同學，叫他對當地的鄰居說“對不起”，真誠道歉，最重要是本身要有勇氣承認自己的過錯，事情就容易解決了，大家都相安無事！真誠地向他人說句“對不起”，自己不但沒有“虧本”，反而“賺到”呢！
2. ◎“向他人說“對不起”，如果只流于表面或形式，忽略了實質的意義，而沒有從錯誤中汲取教訓及醒悟，這表示犯錯者向受害者的表面道歉，卻沒有達到悔過自新的目的。請問師父如何做到真正的懺悔？
懺悔的真正意義是我今天表露了過錯，就不再做這個行為了。但是現代很多人只懺不悔，表面上說“對不起“，明天又重複做那個行為，怎么辦呢？那就要他多聽聞佛法，因為佛陀所說的都是善法，讓善法融入我們的內心，善法多的話，惡的行為就會減少，心就會柔軟。
透過每天早、晚念“慈經”，每迴誦“慈經”的當下，讓善法灌入內心，然后從你心中流露出來的慈悲禪，將提升起你要真正懺悔的決心。
現代人大部分的內心都很硬，非常自私自利，過的都是貪嗔癡的生活，唯有平日多行善，作佈施，才可以訓練我們的心柔軟。像監獄中的楊偉光，也因為在獄中聽聞到佛法，而升起懺悔心。既然惡業已造了，自然要承受果報，唯有真正的懺悔，才能激起一股善的力量，來減輕所造的惡業。
3. ◎說“對不起”不是懦弱的表現，反而是多一份寬容，以行動來化解怨恨與不滿。佛陀教導我們要有“同理心”，這份“同理心”與寬恕心有何分別呢？
人與人之間的衝突，都來自于每個人強烈的自我中心，而“同理心”即是將心比心，能跳開自己，多替他人、社會想想，懂得對人謙卑，當衝突發生時，“同理心”是最好的矯正工具，而“同理心”與寬恕心加起來，即等于慈悲。
慈悲是一種觀念，要達到慈悲的結果必須靠行動，往多做佈施、與人分享、廣結善緣方面下手。比如對方的手機壞了，向你借手機用，你願意分享你所擁有的，有捨才有得。
4. ◎所謂“退一步海闊天空”，然而人們往往因不滿而怒火中燒時，更會在行動或言語上，對他人造成傷害。由于雙方都不願退一步，結果是增加人與人之間的疏離與冷漠感，製造永無寧日的大小糾紛，如何讓人與人之間的關係變得更和諧與完美？
人與人之間的關係要達致和諧與完美，我們就要實踐佛陀所教導的四無量心－－慈、悲、喜、捨，“慈”與“悲”即是不為自己求安樂，但願眾生得離苦，而“喜”指的是看到別人行善、行孝、持戒，就要隨喜讚歎。隨喜的讚歎，也即是隨喜功德，然而現代人往往是愛看到別人的不好或缺點，就會拍爛手掌，這真的是顛倒是非！
而“捨 ”指的是平等心對待一切眾生，平等就是不執著，例如幫助別人不可以有分別心，不分是印度人或馬來人等他族，只要看到對方需要救濟，就要懂得“捨”。
只要心有多大，世界就有多大，這四無量心－－慈悲喜捨，再加上與人說“對不起”背后的寬恕力量，皆相輔相成，人們心靈的桃花源即在眼前。

人與人之間的衝突，都來自于每個人強烈的自我中心，而“同理心”即是將心比心，能跳開自己，多替他人、社會想想，懂得對人謙卑，當衝突發生時，“同理心”是最好的矯正工具，而“同理心”與寬恕心加起來，即等于慈悲。
慈悲是一種觀念，要達到慈悲的結果必須靠行動，往多做佈施、與人分享、廣結善緣方面下手。比如對方的手機壞了，向你借手機用，你願意分享你所擁有的，有捨才有得。
4. ◎所謂“退一步海闊天空”，然而人們往往因不滿而怒火中燒時，更會在行動或言語上，對他人造成傷害。由于雙方都不願退一步，結果是增加人與人之間的疏離與冷漠感，製造永無寧日的大小糾紛，如何讓人與人之間的關係變得更和諧與完美？
人與人之間的關係要達致和諧與完美，我們就要實踐佛陀所教導的四無量心－－慈、悲、喜、捨，“慈”與“悲”即是不為自己求安樂，但願眾生得離苦，而“喜”指的是看到別人行善、行孝、持戒，就要隨喜讚歎。隨喜的讚歎，也即是隨喜功德，然而現代人往往是愛看到別人的不好或缺點，就會拍爛手掌，這真的是顛倒是非！
而“捨 ”指的是平等心對待一切眾生，平等就是不執著，例如幫助別人不可以有分別心，不分是印度人或馬來人等他族，只要看到對方需要救濟，就要懂得“捨”。
只要心有多大，世界就有多大，這四無量心－－慈悲喜捨，再加上與人說“對不起”背后的寬恕力量，皆相輔相成，人們心靈的桃花源即在眼前。

Upon arrival in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, It is a city that hadn’t changed its name and location for 2000 years. An ancient city decorated with embroidery and brocade, rooted from endless fertile land and embraced by two dynamic and tranquil rivers. This is Chengdu, a city you can never say goodbye to its clear water, blue sky and warm hospitality indulge you in pleasure. Check in hotel.
D2. 成都 AIR 西宁 (Breakfast Lunch Dinner) 宿: 西宁
早餐之后搭乘国内班机前往西宁，抵达后乘船游览青海湖。青海湖又名‘库库淖尔’，即蒙语‘青色的海’之意。它位于青海省东北部的青海湖盆地内，既是中国最大的内陆湖泊，也是中国最大的咸水湖，由祁连山的大通山，日月山与青海南山之间的断层陷落形成。它长105公里，宽63公里，周长360公里，面积达4583平方公里。途中可欣赏到日月山之雄伟及无边无际的大草原风光。
Proceed to take domestic flight in the morning to Xi’ning. Upon arrival we will drive 190km from Xi’ning to visit Qinghai Lake (by boat), the largest salt-water lake in China. Along the road, we can see the Riyue Mountain and the beautiful scenery of the grassland.
D3. 西宁TR拉萨 (BLD) 宿: 火车上
早餐后前往游览著名的寺庙 — 塔尔寺。塔尔寺位于青海省湟中县鲁沙尔镇西南隅的莲花山坳中，是我国藏传佛教格鲁派 (俗称黄教) 创始人宗喀巴大师的诞生地，是藏区黄教六大寺院之一，也是青海省首屈一指的名胜古迹和全国重点文物保护单位。距省会西宁市26公里。游尽后乘车赴互助土族自治县，和我国独有的少数民族土族在欢歌笑语中跳优美的安昭舞和精彩的轮子秋表演，品尝醇香的青稞酒及土家风味餐，晚餐后搭上前往拉萨的火车。
After breakfast, visit to Ta’er Monastery, which is one of the six major Yellow Hat monasteries. It was built in 1588 by Ozer Gyatso in accordance with the wishes of the Third Dalai Lama Sonam Gyatso, to honour the birthplace of Tsongkhapa, the founder of the Yellow Hat Sect, The monastery is renowned for its exquisite butter sculptures. After lunch, transfer to Hu Zhu Autonomous Prefecture, singing and dancing with the native, degustation special flavour at minority’s home, then back to Xi’ning to have dinner and transfer to railway station take the train to Lhasa.
D4. 抵达拉萨 (BLD) 宿: 拉萨
早起享用早餐后继续乘高原列车前往青藏铁路的终点站—圣地拉萨。途经羊八井，纳木措，卓玛圣谷，安多圣湖，羌唐大草原，三江源自然保护区，可可西里，昆仑山，茶卡盐湖，鸟岛，青海湖，日月山等中国乃至世界知名的景区景点，旅游资源独特而丰富。沿途欣赏举世无双的高原风光：沙漠，绿洲，神山，圣湖 ...... 晚上抵达拉萨—西藏自治区首府，有称为‘日光城’, 是一座云集藏族文化的历史古城，也是世界上最高的首府。同时也是一度被人喻为离天最近的神秘国都。抵达后，前往酒店入住休息，以适应高原气候。
Arrive Lhasa, We will take the Qinghai-Tibet train whole day to Lhasa. Now a great dragon like railway is waving on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Arrive Lhasa railway station at night, upon arrival, local guide will meet you and transfer you to Lhasa. 早餐后游览布达拉宫，建于公元七世纪的土蕃王朝松赞干布时期，是中国著名的宫堡式建筑群，称为世界屋脊的明珠。从达赖五世纪起，重大宗教，政治仪式均在此举行，是原西藏政教合一统治中心。之后游览被世界联合国教科文组织列入世界文化遗产名录的—大昭寺，大昭寺坐落在拉萨中心海拔3700米的红色山峰之上，是集行政，宗教，政治事务于一体的综合性建筑。它由红宫和白宫及其附属建筑组成。大昭寺是一组极具特色的佛教建筑群。接着前往八角街，围绕大昭寺的环形市集街道。保存了较为完整的古城传统风貌和居住方式。您可以在此购买各种藏族手工艺品。
After breakfast, starts from Lhasa’s cardinal landmark-Potala Palace, a structure of massive portions. Its towering image already appearing on various occasions, but your first sight of the Potala will still be an awe inspiring moment. It takes at least a good 2-hour to visit those rooms, halls and chapels. We will drop a visit of the Jokhang Temple, the spiritual center of Tibet. Everyday, pilgrims from every corner of Tibet trek a long distance to the temple. The temple is the product of Han, Tibetan and Nepalese architectural techniques. Last of the day tour Barkhor Street. Barkhor Street, located at Lhasa’s old city. This street is full of stalls selling a wide-rang of local handicrafts such as Tibetan knives, prayer wheels, bracelets, necklaces, Tibetan boots, aprons, etc. Barkhor Street best represents the traditional Tibetan way of life.
D6. 拉萨/江孜/日喀则 (BLD) 宿: 日喀则
早餐后，乘车前往日喀则，途经西藏第三大圣湖 — 羊卓雍湖，南麓最大的内陆湖。这里还是 藏南最大的水鸟栖息地，每适冬季，群鸟南徙至此。藏语意为‘天鹅湖’,是西藏三大圣湖之一， 湖面海拔4440米，总面积638平方公里，是藏南最大的湖泊群。

Transfer to Shigatsc by coach, visit to Yamdrok Yumtso, Yamdrok Yumtso means ”Turquoise Lake”in Tibet. It is one of the three of sacred lakes in Tibet; folk tales describe Yamdrok Yumtso as a transformation of a goddess. We will enjoy this breathtaking scenery.
D7. 日喀则/拉萨 (BLD) 宿: 拉萨
早餐后，参观西藏名寺历代班禅大师住锡地扎什伦布寺，西藏黄教六大名寺之一，始建于1447年，是格鲁派在后藏地区的最大寺庙，寺内供奉有世界最大的镀金佛像—强巴佛，还有几世班禅的灵塔以及十世班禅的法体。

After breakfast, visit to Tashilhumpo Monastery. The magnificent Tashilhumpo Monastery with numerable splendid golden roofs is the seat for Pachen Lama, the 2nd highest Lama in Tibet. Dating back to 15th century, it is the most active monastic institution in present day in Tibet and people are always impressed by its golden and silver tomb stupas for the former Pachen Lamas. Transfer to Lhasa for overnight stay.
D8. 拉萨AIR成都 (BLD) 宿: 成都
早餐后驱车前往拉萨机场，搭乘内陆班机返回成都，享用午餐之后前往有‘成都版清明河上图’之称的‘锦里’。是一条以三国文化为主元素的老街，集纳了川茶，川菜，川酒，川戏和蜀锦等古蜀文化，让您在锦里的古色中留连忘返。

Proceed to take domestic flight in the morning back to Chengdu, enjoy the lunch, then take free and easy at Jinli Street. With an investment of over 10 million and 3 years construction, Jinli is the condense of Three-Kingdom Culture. Besides, it also contains many other cultural elements like Sichuan Tea, Sichuan Cuisine, Sichuan Wine, Sichuan Opera and Sichuan Brocade. Here, tourists may sense tradition and modern life as well.

早餐后前往青羊宫游览。青羊宫位于风景优美，文物古迹众多的成都市西南郊，侧靠锦江，是中国著名的道教宫观。也是成都市内建筑年代最久远，规模最大的一座道教宫观。之后前往城东南方的黄龙溪古镇。其清代风格的街肆建筑仍然保存完好，青石板铺就的街面，木柱青瓦的楼阁房舍，镂刻精美的栏杆窗棂，上古牌坊，古寺庙，古代民居与古榕树，古崖墓，古渡口，弯弯曲曲的石径古道浑然一体，无不给人以古朴宁静的感受，极具川西情调，风光独具魅力。
After breakfast, visit to Qingyang Palace. It located in the city’s western district, Qingyang Palace is the largest and oldest Taoist palace in downtown Chengdu. It was said that Zhang Daoling, the founder of Taoism, and two emperors of the Tang Dynasty once lived here. Then visit to Huanglongxi Ancient Town. In Huanglongxi, traditions, ancient architectures, folk customs are still well preserved in this fast changing world. It is among ten most famous ancient towns in China.

早餐后自由游玩于宽窄巷子，其为老成都的旧址，也是清代满族人在成都聚居的众多街巷之一。今日的宽窄巷子街坊格局是清朝初年兴建的。是成都遗留下来教程规模的清朝古街道。享用午餐后搭乘国际航班返回温暖的家园。
After breakfast, free at leisure at Kuanzai Lane, Walking across the street with ancient architecture and modern shops, tourists feel as if they are lost in time. After lunch, take the Int’l flight back to home.
